How soon can I be scheduled?

We can typically book customers within a week. However in April through December, it is best to call two to three weeks in advance to guarantee we can schedule you on your desired date we can get very busy and at times.


Do you have a standard price for a house of my size?


It is difficult to give a standard price because every house, condo is different in the amount of glass, amount of ladder work, access to the glass, and types of windows. In most cases we can provide a very close estimate over the phone or e-mail. If you require an exact price, we can come to your location to provide a firm bid.



Do I really need to have the inside of my windows cleaned?


We strongly recommend that first-time customers clean both the inside and outside of their windows so they can fully enjoy the benefit of having their windows professionally cleaned, often the inside of the window is dirtier than the outside. Once we clean the inside of your windows, subsequent appointments may include only the outside for complete customer satisfaction.
